Most coaches arrive with a framework and start retrofitting your company to it. We don't work that way. You know your business better than anyone — that is not in question. What is in question is whether the version of you running it today is the version required to take it where it needs to go.
The 2x3x10x methodology develops the leader. The roadmap is built together. The work is private, unhurried, and serious. Results compound because the operator does.
The Methodology
Vision, strategy, capability, performance, mindset. We move through them in order, then we move through them again. The methodology is recursive on purpose — each pass raises the floor.

Translate the vision into a defensible plan: where to invest, where to retreat, where to wait. Real strategy is what you say no to.
Skills, people, systems. Identify the load-bearing capabilities you do not yet have and acquire them deliberately — not reactively.
Compress the time between decision and outcome. Build the rhythms, metrics, and recovery cycles that keep you sharp for the long arc.
The interior work. Confidence, composure, the relationship between identity and outcome. Most ceilings are psychological. We name them and move them.
Repeat — but at the next altitude. Each cycle raises the floor. By cycle three, the operator running the business is unrecognizable.
