Work With Me

Three formats.
One roster of twelve.

Every engagement is private. Every engagement is built around the five disciplines. The format you choose has to do with where you are in the arc — the work itself does not change. The roster is intentionally small. When it is full, applications are kept warm until a seat opens.

Foundational

The Strategic Intensive

Six weeks · weekly

For leaders facing a specific inflection point — a new role, a strategic pivot, a fundraise, an exit decision. We move through vision and strategy in compressed form. You leave with a written plan you can defend and an operating cadence to execute it.

  • Six weekly two-hour sessions
  • Vision Clarification + Strategic Planning, in depth
  • Written plan and decision architecture
  • One follow-up session at the 90-day mark

The Twelve-Month Engagement

Twelve months · weekly

The full methodology, in sequence, with time for the work to compound. Two complete cycles through the five disciplines. This is where most of the durable change happens — because most durable change requires more than one quarter.

  • Weekly ninety-minute sessions
  • Two complete cycles through all five disciplines
  • Quarterly off-site planning days
  • Direct access between sessions for material decisions
  • Renewable for a second year

The Quarterly Operating Cycle

Ongoing · quarterly

Reserved for clients who have completed the twelve-month engagement. A lighter cadence designed to maintain the operator's edge once the methodology is internalized. One session per quarter, plus a planning day to open each cycle.

  • Quarterly two-hour sessions
  • Annual two-day off-site to set the year
  • Standing slot for emergencies — strategic, not personal
  • Continuing access to the alumni reading list

The Cadence

How an engagement actually feels.

Week 1

The honest conversation.

No agenda, no slide deck. We talk about what you have not said out loud to anyone yet. The first session is where the real vision usually surfaces.

Weeks 2–6

Vision and strategy.

We move through Disciplines One and Two. You leave each week with a written artifact — not homework, but the residue of the conversation.

Weeks 7–16

Capability and performance.

The plan reveals the gaps. We close them in the open. By week sixteen, the operating cadence is in place and the calendar reflects it.

Weeks 17–26

Mindset and the first iteration.

The interior work, in earnest. Then we re-run the first three disciplines from the new altitude — and notice how different they look from up here.

Weeks 27–52

The second cycle.

The methodology becomes invisible. The work is no longer about learning a system; it's about deepening into a way of operating. Most clients renew here.

Honest Fit

Who this is for.
Who it isn't.

This is for you if

  • — You are operating at a level where the cost of a wrong turn is no longer trivial.
  • — You want a thinking partner, not a cheerleader, and not a templated framework.
  • — You are willing to do interior work, not just operational work.
  • — You think in decades, not quarters, even when the world demands the opposite.

This is not for you if

  • — You want someone to tell you what to do. We won't.
  • — You are looking for a tactical operator to run your business. We coach the leader, not the company.
  • — You are unwilling to question the vision you have publicly committed to.
  • — You need a guarantee. Coaching that guarantees outcomes is selling something else.

Begin

The next step is an application, not a sales call.

If a seat is open and the fit is right, the next conversation is unhurried and free. If the fit isn't there, you'll hear back within a week with a reason and, where possible, a referral.
